I still will never understand how the Black Panthers can be categorized as a hate group, when their purpose was to achieve equality for black people.The panthers didn’t go around hanging and killing random ass white people.

Also…

The black panther party ALSO worked with groups of other races, Whites, Asains, Latinos. They showed solidarity with any working class group that sought to end capitalism.

the Black Panther Party is NOT categorized as a hate group. the NBPP (NEW Black Panther Party) - which has NO relation to the real Black Panthers and real black panthers have spoken out against it - is a hate group. Don’t get the two confused because in my opinion they are COINTELPRO to destroy the image of the real panthers.
